Liberating the Mind part 1
- This 16 week course started Sunday April 12, 2026.
- The final live class is on July 26, 2026.
- Students are expected to attend the 8 live Zoom classes.
- Students are assigned to a small group discussion 'pod' and attend weekly or every-other week meetings. The dates & times to be determined by the group members.
- Students will be provided with a morning and evening meditation schedule to be followed during the 16 weeks and keep a journal of their process.
- Students received login & password access to the Liberating the Mind part 1 course materials located on the Rocky Mountain Esoteric School website when the course opened. They will have 24/7 access to the recordings of all class files. Copies of files can be downloaded for offline personal use.
